Terms of Service

By registering, accessing, or using any of ShopAIKey's services ("services", "we"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

1. Service Description

ShopAIKey is an intermediary service (LLM Gateway) that provides API keys compatible with major AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) through an internal credit system. The service works as a reverse proxy: to use it, you must configure your app/software with the API key AND Base URL provided by ShopAIKey. If your app/software does not allow changing the Base URL, you will not be able to use the service — please consider this before buying. We are not the developer of the AI models, do not own third-party brands (Claude, GPT, Gemini, ...), and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old and have full civil legal capacity to use the service.
  • Each individual may only create one account, unless otherwise permitted by us in writing.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password, API key, and all activities arising from your account.
  • Providing dishonest registration information or impersonating another person will result in account suspension with no refund.

3. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

  • All top-up transactions are processed via VietQR. VND amounts are converted to USD credits at the ratio and exchange rate displayed at the time of payment; these figures are subject to change and are not retroactive.
  • Credits have no fixed expiration period, with no maintenance fees, usable until depleted.
  • No refunds for used credits (partially or fully depleted). In the event of a system-side technical error resulting in credit loss, we will refund to the internal account after verification.
  • No refunds in any case, even when credit is unused: bought but not used, do not know how to use it, software does not support changing the Base URL, changed your mind, wrong amount entered, changed needs, etc. The only exception is when the key genuinely cannot be used due to a system-side error. Please research, read the guide carefully, and think it through before paying.
  • Referral commissions apply only to regular user accounts, not to resellers. Commission rates and conversion limits may be adjusted.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from using the service for any of the following purposes:

  • Violating the laws of Vietnam or the country where you reside; violating the policies of upstream providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.).
  • Creating or disseminating content that incites violence, terrorism, racial discrimination, religious intolerance, or subversion of the State.
  • Producing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexually abusive content in any form.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, creating deepfakes with harmful intent; selling deceptive "hacking", "exploit", or "AI profiteering" courses.
  • Creating malware, ransomware, or cyber attack tools; automating brute-force attacks, DDoS, or scraping that violates target website terms.
  • Advertising spam, sending mass unsolicited messages, creating false or defamatory content, harming the reputation of individuals or organizations.
  • Infringing intellectual property rights, copying copyrighted works without permission.
  • Deliberately exceeding rate limits, abusing resources, sharing/reselling keys beyond credit capacity; automatically creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions.
  • Reverse engineering, tampering with, or probing the systems of ShopAIKey or upstream providers.

Detection of violations will result in: immediate account suspension, no refund, and ShopAIKey reserves the right to provide information to authorities and cooperate in handling pursuant to legal regulations.

5. Responsibility for User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all prompts, documents, images, source code, data, and other content created, submitted, or processed through the service. ShopAIKey does not pre-screen user-transmitted content; we only log metadata for operational purposes (see Privacy Policy).

AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or infringe on third-party rights. You must review, verify, and use outputs responsibly. ShopAIKey makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated results.

6. Service Availability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee absolute uptime.
  • Performance, speed, and latency depend on system load, banking, network conditions, and especially upstream providers. When upstream providers experience issues, the corresponding service may be disrupted.
  • ShopAIKey reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or in cases of force majeure.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ShopAIKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption.
  • ShopAIKey shall not be liable for damages arising from your use of AI outputs -- including business, medical, legal, or financial decisions -- nor from your violation of upstream provider policies.
  • The total aggregate liability of ShopAIKey (if any) shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid to ShopAIKey in the 3 months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopAIKey from and against any claims, losses, and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. ShopAIKey may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, signs of fraud, upon request by authorities, or for security reasons. Upon termination, your rights to the service cease, but the provisions regarding payments, disclaimers, and indemnification shall survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. New versions will be published on this page with the date of update. Your continued use of the service after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
